Undergraduate courses

Undergraduate mathematics and statistics can be included in many course pathways.

• Mathematics Enabling Course (MEC)
  This course is only available to Mature-age Access Program students.
• Mathematics majors
  Our Mathematics & Statistics and Quantitative Methods majors are designed to give you structured programs of study while retaining flexibility.
• Honours
  If you receive an average mark of 65 per cent in the level 3 units of your major, you may do an additional year of Honours which is necessary to go on to postgraduate research.

We offer postgraduate research opportunities in mathematics and statistics.

Short courses

A number of short courses, designed to aid in the analysis and interpretation of data, are available through the Centre for Applied Statistics.
