Congratulations to Professor Adrian Baddeley who was presented the Pitman Medal for 2004 by the President of the Statistical Society of Australia (SSA), Dr Neville Bartlett.

The Pitman Medal is the highest honour that can be bestowed by the SSA, and it is awarded for achieving high distinction in Statistics which enhances the international standing of Australia in this discipline.
