My research applies to a large range of topics in control and applied mathematics, ranging from modelling and optimal control to dynamic programming and optimisation.
My service to the national and international community includes scholarly stewardship responsibilities as an expert reviewer and membership of the Editorial Boards of five journals. I was a guest editor of special issues of the Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics and the Journal of Industrial and Management Optimization.
