The UWA Maths Society is a social and academic club run by students for students.
The social committee organises events throughout the year.
Academically, the Maths Society provides students with the opportunity to extend their mathematical knowledge through undergraduate talks and AfterMath magazine (published by MS).

Recent news and activities
- The 2008 barbeque was a huge success. Many thanks to those who helped - Shreya Bhattarai, John Yu, Alex Ottenhoff, Scott Kerr. A big thanks to Peter Houlis (president of the UWA Mathematical and Mechanical Puzzle Club) for keeping us entertained with his puzzles.
- We recently held a public colloquium Useful theorems for first-year students, by Wilson Ong:
