In the mini-classes Dr Nazim Khan will be covering probability modelling and applications in science, business and engineering.  

Topics for these sessions will be selected from reliability, Markov chains, queuing theory and sequential processes.

There will be three mini-classes 45 minutes in duration given at 1pm on Tuesdays in the Blakers Lecture Theatre.  No registration is required, simply turn up to your preferred class listed below.

bout the lecturer:  Nazim is a Statistician and Electrical Engineer.  His research is broad, covering areas such as asset management, chemistry, medicine, biology and education.
